When paying for an order with a bank card, payment (including entering a card number) is processed on a secure page of a system that has passed international certification. This means that your confidential data (card details, account data, etc.) do not enter the online store, it’s processing is completely secured and no one, including our online store, can receive personal and banking data of a customer. FACTURA wallpapers are securely packed in firm cardboard tubes. Tubes are closed with metal lids and secured with adhesive tape. Wallpapers are packed with documents (on a tube you can find commercial offer, payment documents, delivery note, inside a tube - information for users).

FACTURA wallpapers are made to order.

Refunds for wallpapers are possible in case of production defects if were found within 10 days after receipt.

Production defects are print defects, more than 3 mm images mismatches on sequence strips, separate stripes color mismatches, color mismatches on "FACTURA" wallpapers and on color proof. Production defect is not a color mismatch on "FACTURA" wallpapers and on a computer monitor.

All claims connected with quality and production defects of “FACTURA” wallpapers can be satisfied only before installation of wallpapers. This condition is introduced due to inability to establish a valid reason for a defect or a quality loss after wallpapers installation.

The supplier is not responsible for damage due to improper storage, improper installation (gluing) and fixation of wallpapers, improper maintenance, as well as due to intentional or accidental damage to wallpapers by third parties.

Returns of goods of a proper quality are made within 30 days from a receipt date.
